Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At our clinic, we value your time and aim to offer fair availability to all clients. To help us maintain efficient scheduling, please note the following:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a fee based on your appointment duration:
   
  • Sessions up to 45 minutes: £25
     
  • Sessions above 45 minutes: £35
     
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full fee will still apply.
